Seamech conducts dealer training

Seamech recently hosted a number of marine and industrial dealers at their facility in Murarrie, Brisbane for training on some of the latest online resources and warranty processes with Volvo Penta.  These training sessions are regularly held for Authorised Volvo Penta dealers to provide them with the information and resources to be on the forefront of the user experience.

“Volvo Penta offers its dealer with some amazingly detailed online resources on product information and warranty information.  By giving our dealers hands on training and information, they are so much more prepared to deal with the enquiries and needs of customers out in the field,” explained Seamech’s General Manager, Andrew Cottle.

Covering both the industrial and marine sectors, Andrew and Peter Stephens from Volvo Penta Oceania welcomed Donna Solomon and Gabrielle Clift from Diesel Gas in Moree, Chris Exindaris and Jon Southall from Seatech Marine, Ian Clifford from Runaway Bay Marine Services, Chris Wierzbowski from Port Douglas Marine Engineering, and Anthony Tennant and Ben Jones from Southern Fish Marine.

“One of the significant benefits of being a Volvo Penta engine owner is having access to a vast system all delivered through your local dealer.  By arming our dealers with the tools and skills to access all the service support, parts interpretation and warranty procedures, then the engine owner and operator benefit,” continued Andrew.

Please contact the Seamech team if you are looking for your local Authorised Volvo Penta dealer.
